Also, it could be beneficial to reach out to your own provider to understand the limits and requirements necessary to ensure your counselling sessions are covered.
Questions to ask your provider:
If you have coverage for a Licensed Professional Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)?
If there is a deductible and, if so, has it been met?
If there is a limit to the number of sessions covered per year?
What the coverage amount per therapy session is?
If you need prior approval from your benefit provider?
